Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce distress, and make meaningful changes in your life. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and non-judgmental, with an emphasis on practical tools, insight, and accountability. Sessions are designed for men navigating sexual concerns, intimacy challenges, anxiety, shame, trauma, or life transitions who want focused, professional support in a private and confidential setting. Insurance & Payment: Horizon Counseling Company is currently a private-pay practice and is not in-network with insurance plans. However, a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, and clients are responsible for verifying coverage with their insurer.
